Are you ready to join our team as a Sales Assistant?

Responsibilities

  • Selling and collecting the value of products served to customers, ensuring a pleasant and efficient experience.
  • Preparing the workstation and maintaining a consistent, high-quality service standard.
  • Daily management of the workstation, including serving customers, promoting and recommending products, recording sales in the cash register, collecting payments and issuing receipts.
  • Maintaining the restaurant setup, workstation and display cases according to standards, ensuring optimal organization of the space.
  • Checking and stocking the display case with products, ensuring that they are properly arranged and correctly labeled.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer service, handling their requests and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Knowing the menu and providing customers with detailed information about products, ingredients and preparation methods.
