Your responsibilities
- Providing unique experiences to our customers and employees – day in, day out.
- Sustainable growth in sales and profitability.
- Implementing all quality, safety and service standards at the highest level.
- Developing the entire team and implementing performance standards at all levels.
- Recruitment, selection and on-boarding of team members.
- Collaborating with colleagues from other departments and locations.
- Development and management of local community involvement projects.
