Your responsibilities

  • Providing unique experiences to our customers and employees – day in, day out.
  • Sustainable growth in sales and profitability.
  • Implementing all quality, safety and service standards at the highest level.
  • Developing the entire team and implementing performance standards at all levels.
  • Recruitment, selection and on-boarding of team members.
  • Collaborating with colleagues from other departments and locations.
  • Development and management of local community involvement projects.
