Responsabilities

  • Preparing all ingredients and dishes according to recipes and procedures;
  • Operating in any of the kitchen workstations, according to the work schedule and instructions received from superiors. Complying with recipes and procedures - workflows for the workplace / station they operate on;
  • Maintain inventory levels in line with production and customer estimates, events/pre-orders. Check expiration dates of all ingredients and products. Ensure all ingredients are fresh and in good condition. Ensure all raw materials and ingredients are labeled with the appropriate batch number and expiration date;
  • Keeping the work area, refrigerators and storage spaces tidy and clean. Ensuring that the work area is left clean at the end of the work day and ensuring general cleanliness at the end of the day;
  • Ensuring correct stock rotation and completing consumption documents;
  • Taking on other duties in any of the kitchen sectors, at the request of superiors;
  • Carrying out specific activities for entering the shift and closing the shift/working day; Completing daily and periodic checklists related to the position they are working on that day.

Required skills

  • Previous experience in the kitchen;

  • Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently while maintaining high quality standards;
